Night 1 (10/02): Ho Chi Minh City (HCM) – Kansai (Osaka) (Overnight on the plane)

The tour guide will pick you up at Gate D2, Level 2, International Terminal Tan Son Nhat Airport. Complete the check-in procedures for Vietjet Air VJ828 departing to Kansai at 01:20. The group will spend the night on the plane.

Day 1: Kansai – Kobe – Osaka (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Hakutsuru Sake Museum

Estimated around 08:30 local time. Upon arrival in Kansai and completing the immigration procedures, the group will be transferred to Kobe for sightseeing. During this journey, breakfast will be provided on the bus.

Hakutsuru Sake Museum: Located on a street in Kobe, known for its cultural value and the unique origin of this museum. Originally, Hakutsuru is a leading Sake brand in Nada (Kobe), established in the 18th century. With nearly 300 years of creativity and distribution of Sake products throughout Japan, Hakutsuru aims to make a difference and leave a mark in the traditional Sake production industry.

Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, the bus will take the group to Osaka.

Visit Osaka Castle - the symbol of the city (take photos outside). Soaring impressively to a height of 108 meters, this architectural landmark is designed to mimic the traditional Japanese drum used in Noh and Kabuki theaters. The structure features a framework of red fox-eye patterns, simulating the red rope of the drum, and intertwining LED lights. The Kobe Port Tower, especially at night, presents one of the most spectacular views in the city.

Shopping at Shinsaibashi shopping center.

The group will return to the central area for dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight in Osaka.

Day 2: Osaka – Kyoto – Toyohashi (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Kiyomizu Dera

Have breakfast at the hotel, check-out procedures. The group departs for Kyoto to visit:

Kiyomizu Dera (also known as Clear Water Temple) – with a unique all-wooden architecture, situated on the high slopes of Higashiyama. The main building is designed to resemble a national treasure, supported by 139 columns, each 15m high.

Golden Pavilion Temple (Kinkaku-ji) - the entire temple is covered in gold leaf and is located in the middle of a emerald green pond.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Free time for shopping at Aeon Mall.

Continue the journey to Toyohashi. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight in Toyohashi.

Day 3: Toyohashi – Yamanashi (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Oshino Hakkai Village

Have breakfast at the hotel, check-out procedures. The group departs for Yamanashi to visit:

Beautiful Oshino Hakkai Village – Famous for its 8 special ponds. The ponds have a unique structure mainly composed of volcanic rocks formed by geological processes and nurtured by snow-meltwater from Mount Fuji.

Lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue the visit:

Mount Fuji - the highest mountain in Japan with an elevation of 3,776 meters above sea level and is the 7th highest mountain in the world. It is one of Japan's three "Sacred" mountains and is a famous symbol of Japan. Every year, tourists from all over the world come here to admire this majestic snow-covered mountain. (The group will visit the 5th station if weather permits).

Experience fruit picking and enjoy fresh seasonal fruits in the orchard such as grapes, strawberries, cherries, peaches, plums, pears, etc. The feeling of picking ripe and fragrant fruits and enjoying them right on the spot is extremely interesting and unforgettable.

Shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlet – the largest outlet in Japan, where there are hundreds of discounted luxury brands, accessories, and fashion items with discounts of up to 50%-70%.

Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, you will experience Onsen bathing – a traditional Japanese therapeutic hot spring bath.

Overnight in Yamanashi.

Day 4: Yamanashi – Tokyo – Haneda Airport (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Tokyo Sky Tree Television Tower

Have breakfast at the hotel, check-out procedures. The group travels to Tokyo for sightseeing:

Tokyo Sky Tree Television Tower (photo outside, view from Sumida Park): the world's tallest television tower located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, with a height of 634 meters. It features an observation deck, Tokyo Sky Tree Tembo Deck, at 350 meters above ground and Tokyo Sky Tree Tembo Kairo at a height of 450 meters.

Asakusa Kannon Temple, also known as Sensoji Temple – the oldest and most sacred temple in Tokyo and the center of the annual Sanja Matsuri festival. The pathway leading to the temple is lined with souvenir shops featuring Samurai statues and Kimono costumes.

Nakamise Street – the oldest shopping street in Japan.

Lunch, then continue the sightseeing:

Tokyo Imperial Palace: The residence of generals and later the home of the Emperor of Japan (photo outside).

Akihabara – Ginza Shopping Center – This area is home to almost all famous and diverse high-quality brands.

At the appointed time, the bus will take the group to have dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, the group proceeds to the airport for check-in to return to Vietnam on Vietjet Air VJ821 departing from Haneda Airport at 02:00.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City

Asakusa Kannon Temple

Expected arrival at 06:50 am. The group returns to Tan Son Nhat Airport, concluding the tour. The tour guide bids farewell and looks forward to meeting you again.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:

• Deposit (Phase 1): Pay 50% of the tour price per person immediately after confirming the tour registration.
• Final Payment (Phase 2): Pay the remaining amount immediately after the Consulate issues the visa (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

TOUR CANCELLATION FEES: If the tour is canceled, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation after registration: 100% of the deposit.
• 45 to 30 days prior: 70% of the tour price.
• 29 to 15 days prior: 90% of the tour price.
• Within 14 days: 100% of the tour price.
• Cancellation with a visa: 100% of the tour price.
• Failure to obtain a visa: Non-refundable fee of 2,500,000 VND per person. (Cancellation days are counted as working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

FOR CHILDREN:

• Under 2 years: 30% of the tour price (sharing bed with adults).
• 2 to 11 years: 90% of the adult tour price (sharing bed with adults).
• 11 years and older: Full adult price.
• All children under 14 years must have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the tour ends. Must travel with biological parents and provide a copy of the birth certificate.
• In case children under 14 do not travel with both parents (traveling with relatives), they must have a consent letter from the biological parents and an authorization letter from the local authorities, along with a copy of the birth certificate.

OTHER NOTES:

• The tour program is all-inclusive, combining sightseeing and shopping. Guests are not allowed to separate from the group under any circumstances without prior notification to the company. The fee for separating from the group is 3,000,000 VND per day per person.
• All tour participants must have a valid passport and personal documents for travel.
• When registering for the tour, customers must present personal documents such as passport, birth certificate (for accompanying children), Vietnam visa (foreign passports), and health certificates for adults over 70 years old (and pregnant women under 30 weeks).
• Travel insurance does not apply to customers aged 75 and above, so customers must provide a health confirmation letter issued by a doctor and a health commitment letter to our company before traveling. It is recommended to have a relative under 60 years old (in good health) accompanying. In case of any incidents during the tour, the travel company is not responsible under any circumstances.
• Pregnant customers, please inform the travel company when registering for the tour for additional advice. We do not accept customers who are 7 months pregnant or more for safety reasons.
• In the case of customers who register for the whole tour but do not take the same flight as the group for one leg of the journey (no-show one way), they will not be able to use the return leg with the group and must book a completely new ticket.
• In the event that customers are not allowed to exit or enter due to personal reasons or rejection by the customs authorities at the destination. The travel company is not responsible and will not refund the tour price.
• The order and details of the program may change to suit the actual situation (weather, traffic, etc.).
• The travel company is not responsible for ensuring the sightseeing points in case of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation incidents, etc.
• When registering for the tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, what is included, and what is not included in the program, cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case the customer does not directly register for the tour but is registered by someone else, please thoroughly understand the program from the registrant.
• Due to dependence on airlines, flight times may change without prior notice in some cases.
